Multicultural Youth Collective | Youth Leadership in Action

Every Wednesday, young people from different cultural backgrounds come together at Horowhenua College as part of the Multicultural Youth Collective — a space for reflection, connection, leadership and positive change.

These young leaders are taking action through the Give Nothing to Racism campaign, challenging racism and working together to address systemic racism in education.

This kaupapa is supported by Horowhenua District Council and Horowhenua College, and operated by MECnz, with the endorsement of the New Zealand Human Rights Commission.

Together, we are building a more inclusive, respectful and culturally diverse future — led by young people, for young people.
